Hi I just bought a Kelly sellier 32 last week for my mom in Chicago. Andrew Cuoso is my SA there. He is really nice and friendly. You can try to find him on the 2nd floor of the store.

I did.. but it was for my mom's birthday present. I came to the store and got rejected by one SA then I went upstair, found another SA and I got the Kelly Sellier 32 right away. FYI, I never bought anything in Hermes for myself in USA. So, I think I must be very lucky :)ImageUploadedByPurseForum1432230242.779384.jpg

I just have his name. His name is Andrew . At first I asked about the two color lindy but they don't have it. Then I asked him if I'm able to leave my contact information so that he can reach me once they have any lindy or kelly or bikin. Then he started to ask what color do i preferred. After he put my contact info in the system, I wait for about 5 min. Suddenly, he came with the huge orange box and I got the Kelly! But I don't have the money at that time. So I asked him to hold it for me for a week and I came back to pick it up last week :) All of my friends told me that I'm so lucky cos I don't even look fancy at that day and didn't use any Hermes product when I came to the store.. So maybe you just need a bunch of luckiness to get K or B :)

Wow congrats ! I have never heard of anyone that has not bought anything in the store and got offered a B or K.

Can you share your story ?

Great story! You are really lucky to get such a stunning bag. I must say, I was at the Chicago store yesterday and I really did not feel like I received great service. The SA helping me was a bit stuck up and although she did offer to order the item I was looking for, her disposition made me say "No thank you" and will instead order from the SA that last helped me at this store. Seems like H Chicago is a hit or miss with service according to this thread.

Hi, I don't know if you've stopped by yet, but I would definitely ask for Trish. If she is not there, ask for Reem or Chris. They are ALL sweethearts!


As for your lindy, those are hit or miss. I used to see a bunch of them, but lately I haven't seen any. That doesn't mean they aren't hiding in the back.
