I was in Chicago recently for business and also found the SAs there to be super nice and extremely helpful-- Andrew and Annie were their names.

Yes, it was chic and fun! Corporate was there including the U.S. CEO, Robert Chavez aka Bob. He was very down to earth and dancing up a storm. [emoji12]
Annie is my SA and she is the best! A while ago, I was new to the different leathers offered by the brand and she took time to explain them in great detail. As with any high end designer store there can be those that are nice and those that are only attentive if you plan to buy something!

Sounds like a fun time! The last time I was in Chicago we stayed at PUBLIC (gorgeous hotel) which is within walking distance to Hermes. We passed it but didn't have time to stop in. I definitely will next time.
