It's a lump sum. They were only married 2 years though, so her settlement wasn't as lucrative as Denise Richards. She certainly didn't wait on having kids! I thought they were married longer than that.

I'm surprised that no one posted this sooner. I had heard bits & pieces of this interview (mainly the parts pertaining to Lindsay Lohan!), but read most of the comments in this week's issue of PEOPLE. All I can say is, :wtf::wtf::wtf:

NEW YORK — Wildman actor Charlie Sheen, barely out of hospital from his latest reported drug-and-booze meltdown, said Tuesday he has no intention of mending his ways.

"I was sober for five years a long time ago and was just bored out of my tree," he said in a phone call to DirecTV/Fox Sports Radio host Dan Patrick.

"It's inauthentic -- it's not who I am. I didn't drink for 12 years and, man, that first one, Dan. Wow."

Sheen, star of the TV series "Two and a Half Men" and the son of actor Martin Sheen, has become nonstop tabloid fodder with escapades allegedly involving hard drugs, hard drinking, prostitutes and porn actresses.

Two weeks ago he checked into rehab after being rushed to hospital with "severe abdominal pains" from a reported drug- and booze-fueled bender.

The emergency required suspension of production on "Two and a Half Men," in which Sheen, 45, plays a hedonistic bachelor.

In his rambling radio interview, Sheen suggested he should get back to work while he still could.

"Check it. It's like, I heal really quickly. But I unravel pretty quickly. So get me right now, guys," he said, addressing the show's producers.

TMZ, a celebrity news site, reported that Sheen had been partying with five women, including a porn star, and a briefcase full of cocaine at the time of his last meltdown.

The star filed for divorce from his wife of two years in November, days after being taken to hospital following a reported drunken incident at a luxury New York hotel involving another porn star.

In addition to his reported substance abuse, Sheen had several run-ins with the law in the 1990s in cases related to drugs, domestic violence and prostitution.

Sheen laughed off his problems Tuesday, saying the good behavior clause in his TV contract was irrelevant.

"Yeah, blah, blah, nitpick, nitpick," he said. "I haven't read it, but I don't think it covers 'Let us totally dominate and interfere with your personal life.'"

He said crack cocaine was bad, but not for everyone.

"I said stay off the crack, and I still think that's pretty good advice, unless you can manage it socially. If you can manage it socially, then go for it, but not a lot of people can, you know?"

(I wonder how long it's going to be before some kid ODs and their parents decide to sue Charlie Sheen and CBS (and possibly Dan Patrick) for allowing this nutcase to use his celebrity status to make such a$$anine statements!!)

Charlie Sheen has returned to work -- and the ladies, it seems. Sheen was photographed kissing a new young woman on Feb. 21, just days after completing rehab. Asked by a TMZ photographer "How ya been man?" Charlie planted a passionate kiss on the mystery blonde then responded, "Winning." During a radio interview on The Dan Patrick Show last week, Sheen declared he was "100 percent in love" but declined to reveal the identity of the new woman in his life. ( x17online )

He had a hiatus hernia? Purlease!!!
If you have a hiatus hernia then symptoms range from severe acid reflux, stomach pains, difficulty swallowing, constipation, belching, coughing, heartburn, chest pain and even hiccups. With those type of symptoms he would of A, known about it a while ago and B, would NOT be smoking anything and drinking alcohol as those things will really aggravate the problem, he would of constantly been in severe pain, doubled over almost.
So i call BS on that excuse....
As for his rehab stint- laughable. He obviously is going to go straight back to his hedonistic and selfish ways, i feel so sorry for his children having such an a$$ for a father, he ought to be ashamed of himself, he ain't no man.

CBS is reportedly considering a life for Two And A Half Men without Charlie Sheen.

The network has always supported the troubled star of the show in the past, but according to PopEater, a source has revealed that talks are taking place to work out if the series could have a future without him.

'CBS stock has been taking a beating during Charlie's recent meltdown,' a TV insider told the website. 'Charlie has become too big a risk to not have a backup plan in case he has another incident and forces production to be shut down.

'The big question is can the show survive without Charlie. Would the show take a big hit? Yes, but if they found the right person to replace him it would survive and maybe even grow.'

CBS declined to comment.

Charlie Sheen has headed off on a tropical vacation with his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, adult film star Bree Olson and 'nanny' Natalie Kenly.

The troubled star and the three women boarded his private jet today and flew to a private tropical island near the Bahamas, according to multiple U.S. reports.

Sheen was meant to be undergoing 'rehab at home' ahead of his return to the set of Two And A Half Men on Tuesday.

Sheen began the treatment following the now notorious 36-hour sex and drugs bender that landed him in hospital on January 27.

But Olson tweeted yesterday: 'Going to a tropical wonder for a little while to relax with friends :) minimal tweets so hold tight! Be home soon babies!'

The holiday follows reports on U.S. website Radar that Mueller had moved back into Sheen's multi-million dollar home earlier this week. The couple's divorce was finalised just last month.

'Charlie is back to his old self - and that's not a good thing,' a source told Radar. 'So much for rehab at home. He took off with the girls on Wednesday.'

And while Kenly is described as a 'nanny', none of Sheen's five children are on the holiday.

It emerged today that Kenly, now 24, was arrested back in 2006 for underage drinking in Lake Havasu, Arizona.

Now blonde-haired she was spotted kissing Sheen earlier this week in Calabasas, California.

And yet another porn star has emerged claiming she had a four-month relationship with the star last year.

Adult actress Lindsay Wager, who goes by the stage name Elizabeth Ann, says she witness him taking drugs and claims he provided her with the morning after pill after the pair had unprotected sex.

Meanwhile, Charlie's father Martin Sheen has revealed he is praying for his troubled son.

When asked how he was supporting his son, Sheen replied: 'With prayer.

'We lift him up and we ask everyone who cares about him to lift him up, and lift up all those who are in the grip of drug and alcohol abuse, because they are looking for transcendence.'

It would and it should . . . HE should pay the whole crew a severance IMO and go continue killing himself slowly where he can no longer hurt people :sad:
Thank goodness we don't see this tool drinking/drugging and driving, but he IS slowly killing people that love him. Addicts do this it's very sad.

And what's w/ the women? Toothless Charlie makes me wanna vomit :sick:
