He seems to be in denial and his doctor seems to be a quack. I have NEVER heard a reputable doctor speak about HIV/AIDs the way that he did. Like it's a common cold. Basically he's saying that because it's 'allegedly' undetectable in his system that he can't transmit it.

He was doing to much stuttering and word searching. Only 2 people without condoms and they knew. They were under drs care. So being under drs care means you not gonna get it. Cmon. Dont sit up here and tell these lies.
I didn't understand that part either? The Dr said it is hard to transmit using protection but Charlie said he had sex twice without protection but that they were under his Dr's care. Why would being under Dr care make any diff - it was still unprotected sex!

Charlie was a man living a wreckless life - drinking, sex, drugs, etc. I HIGHLY doubt he was telling girls 'hey, I'm high as a kite and drunk as heck. but i just want you to know I'm HIV+. is that cool with you?'

yes he was diagnosed in 2011 but he could have had the virus years before then-- can't HIV lay dormant for 6 months-3 years before symptoms present themselves..
He's paid people into the millions to keep quite and that is money is taking from his children and grandchild.
