I believe that he should tell everyone he's slept with or shared needles with during the times he knew. I hope he did but if he didn't he should tell them now. I am sorry about his sickness and suffering but, I pray he didn't infect others either. Very sad and twisted. But, again this is Hollywood and I can only imagine this goes on with normal people all the time.
With the amount of teens and adult women getting knocked up in the US and beyond, I always wonder if these females even worry about the guys they're fooling around with.
