We actually have the same situation. I’m a 37-37.5. And i always get confused on the sizing . i tried both the 37 and 37.5 in Rome but ended up buying 37 as the SA said the strap would loosen up.
Length wise, the size of the shoes looks perfect. It’s comfortable at first but after an hour or so, it would hurt my toes as i have wide feet.
I noticed that your review was a year ago. I would just like to ask if how’s your pair now? Did it stretch enough to make it comfortable? Or did you push through with the widening of the width by a professional?

Hi!I actually went half a size down because the sling was loose in my normal size despite being a perfect fit. If i could go back I would just get my normal size and have a cobbler fix the sling. Sizing down, the shoes are a little tight but managable. I haven't worn them enough to stretch them out yet but I believe that they will.
