Hi, I need help finding SA in any of the chanel stores in San Francisco preferably the one inside NM. I mostly do my orders remotely and have an amazing SA in Florida but I can no longer buy any classics from her due to the new policy. I did not have a good experience at the stand alone boutique in SF, the SA that helped me was okay but was never really good at responding texts and barely put any effort in looking for what I wanted. Lol

Update on the Chanel in Nordstrom Valley Fair: I talked to a SA and she said the opening is now being postponed to the end of this year (December). Unfortunate

I usually make an appt with my SA at NM Palo Alto. I think you can call the store and see if you can make an appt. Otherwise, there may be a line depending on time/day you go.

I’ve only seen lines at the Palo Alto store an appointment is a great idea.
