He did miraculously FINALLY replied to me---after I spoke with customer service inquiring about a new SA due to Noah's lack of responsiveness. Coincidence? Probably not. And it sounds like based upon your feedback, this may be his M.O. It really is rather annoying. This is my second attempt at finding a good SA there, and it looks like maybe I might have to look for another one again. I prefer making purchases with those that provide very good customer service. Sad part is, I'd really just like to walk in and try in shoes myself without being attached to an SA, and without having to wait outside to be let in. Not sure if they're taking walk-ins now. I really don't want to give my purchase to an SA I'm not satisfied with.
