I know what you mean. Are you sure the slingbacks are authentic? There are tons of fakes out there. Just a thought.
I have three slingbacks and tons of other Chanel pumps... none of my heel intefaces look that bad.
The first photo looks awful, I would dare say it's a fake.

For me, if I could only have one pair of Chanel shoes, it would be the beige/black Chanel flats.
I have many other Chanel shoes, and the ones I consistently wear the most are my ballets.

To help you compare…
here are heels of my three slingbacks. You can see no gap. Perfect.
I would be cautious for fakes. It’s a lot of money for a fake that may fall apart after a short while. I’m not saying yours are fake, but sometimes your gut just knows what’s right or not.

has anyone seen this in stores or tried it on? I think this is from ss21. Curious to know what the sizing might be like! 395F7C43-BC05-493C-AA2A-8FB9F84E3EC9.jpeg

And I was able to get the classic flats beige/black. So gorgeous!!!:heart: Does anyone condition the lambskin with leather lotion? Noticed the little advice they included in the small booklet.

I have the loafer, true to size. Super comfortable

Oo thanks for sharing!! It looks incredibly soft!

I just asked my SA and she said it’s completely sold out :sad: does that mean it’s sold out in NM and Saks and other non-standalone stores as well? In other words, does my SA have access to inventory everywhere or only standalone boutiques?

U can contact Chanel online I think they have access to all. But these are several seasons back so they r probably sold out everywhere

You could try a speciality cobbler or bag repair shop.

Omg! Looks so nice on you!! Thank you for sharing your pic and for offering to look up the ref#!!! :heart:I was able to track down the reference number. Chanel online told me they don’t see any in stock, same with my SA at a stand-alone boutique. I gave up since… mainly bc I wasn’t sure who else to ask

Thanks for the reply .. I thought they were$800 .. I just ordered from neiman and was charged for $850 .. I wonder if they sent me a different version or something.. need to investigate .. i bet it will definitely be $850 by 11/3.

Hi, not sure if this helps but I purchased mine at NM at end of September for $800+tax. Hopefully you can get the price adjusted!
