The white/black I was referring is the classic lambskin version. However, since you asked, the white/black combo also comes in quilted as a seasonal ballet. It pops up every few years. I love all Chanel ballet flats, but if I had to choose my first pair, I would get the classic beige/black lambskin combo. That shoes goes with everything and is super comfy.
I've had fabric/tweed ballets, and while they look nice in a photo or on display, to me, they look a bit odd on the foot. Kind of "fuzzy" if that makes sense as it is fabric. I also have had quilted ones, and while they are also nice, I feel they add a bit of unnecessary bulk to the look of the ballet when worn on the foot. Here are the three white ballets I currently have. The one on the left is a like an iridescent white, the center is the classic white/black lambskin, and the right is the quilted. You can also see the "white" shade differs a bit. The classic white/black is a true white white. The quilted is more a creamy white if you're splitting hairs which I do when it comes to white shades. Hope this helps.
