Picked up a few RTW items! Couldn’t resist these pearl motif jeans! Still debating if I want the blue tweed or grey tweed jacket!

I prefer the blue against your hair and skin tone, but both are beautiful jackets have fun deciding.

ETA: if like me, you are drawn to blue, but have many blue tones lol, then I might go for the light gray (or vice versa)

Has anyone tried on (and taken an action shot) of a short sleeved ribbed hoodie knit t shirt? It comes in white and what looked like navy or black with white stripes at the hem and end of the sleeves. I’d be interested too if anyone had any advice as to sizing (if TTS for a Chanel top or sweater) or an opinion (like is it too clingy to hide the outline of a bra or underpining underneath

Visited the boutique today but the jeans I wanted haven’t come in my size yet so I just tried on a bunch sweaters. I’m hoping to get the pearl jeans in the darker wash with the traditional pockets.
Cute cardigan but was too big in the size 38 I tried. 36 was better, but no CHF.


This pink sweater jacket with the grey trim was really cute, but iffy with the collar. It’s cotton, but felt a little rough.

This black sweater was a little different from a usual cardigan with the sleeve/button detail.





I tried the pink cardigan without the embellishment on the pockets. Really cute but I’m on the fence with the 3/4 sleeves.


Cute black and white cardigan but these sleeves seemed even shorter than the pink pearl cardigan. Cashmere of this sweater was softer than the others.

I browsed the new shoes thinking I was going to try the new denim ballerinas and a pair of sandals but tried these instead. I don’t have anything like them and they’re so comfortable so they came home with me.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this coat. Tried it on earlier this week and I’m still thinking about it. It’s supposed to be oversized but it’s a smaller size so fitted on me..

ETA: This would be my first Chanel Rtw piece. I somehow envisioned an short tweed jacket so while I love this coat, it’s a bit different from the original plan.. 😅

I tried and bought this, it runs TTS, I chose it over the T shirt version as it’s harder to find this cut from Chanel, plus I own a couple of Chanel T shirts already. This cut is a sportier look compared to the T shirt. Sorry I don’t have a pic but can help look up on XHS app if you need, lots of try on pics from other users there.

I tried the white version on but didn’t take a pic during the cruise preview. Found pics from other uses on RED/XHS. The zipper felt too high and short on me, I assume the zipper wouldn’t be able to go too low due to the logo, but if I zipped it up it didn’t feel comfortable high up against my neck and the proportions looked weird zipped up. Personally I prefer to wear it unzipped but when I did so, the weight of the hoodie was pulling the front backwards, making the zipper pull back and revealing an awkward wide V neck. I ended up getting the T shirt and tank top version. Fabric was comfy, it wasn’t too thin, wasn’t too clingy, it was just the positioning of the zipper that didn’t work for me. It’s TTS. HTH~

It’s a beautiful coat, but if it would be my first Chanel RTW I’d choose a classic jacket. I love the flattering cut of this coat on you, but except for the tweed it doesn’t represent the classic Chanel elements

@tadad , agree 💯 with your initial instinct and @ari that a boucle jacket is an ideal first piece.

But, I do think the coat and the fit is gorgeous on you as a second piece lol

For me, I’ve come to realise it doesn’t matter what is your first piece, if you wear a lot of coats and find that it speaks to you and your lifestyle then go ahead. It won’t be your only piece, it’s a slippery road once you start buying RTW. However, if buying this piece sets you back for a long time before you can buy another, then you may want to consider getting a classic jacket first. Good luck with your decision!

Sharing the only pic I have for 25P, light orange cardigan with all the fancy embellishments that arrived after launch day. Unfortunately my local boutiques didn’t order the simpler version and I absolutely loved this colour, so it went home with me. Also bought the white pearl jacket, jeans, a multicolour vest with silvery trims, light grey/navy berms and camel tank top. There wasn’t time for photos on launch day as fitting room schedule was tight. Other clients who couldn’t get a fitting room were changing in secluded corners outside the fitting room, the first time I’ve seen on launch day - they should bring back pre launch for VICs. It’s a mayhem when they stopped doing that locally because stocks are too low to do a pre launch but it doesn’t make sense. Almost couldn’t get my hands on any pair of jeans because other clients were trying them outside the fitting room before my SA got her hands on one piece they let go.

I would love to see the white pearl jacket and jeans combo as I am hoping to find the baggy jeans and am contemplating the white jacket also. I loved it worn as a look.
