It occurred to me the other day that all these prestigious brands have all their relationships "managed" by individual SAs. esp. in covid era where texts are used more often than before. I wish there was more continuity but I'm not sure if there is a solution...

Yes I didn't think sales were private either but just wandered if there were sales preview events (or days ahead of the main sale that are by invitation only) or events for new collections like the upcoming Cruise ? With the rapid succession of new "seasons" however the latter might not be feasible. Or perhaps it is all done by text and whatsapp now so you can ask for certain pieces to be held aside for you ?

It is right up there, for me, having someone who never saw you before in their entire life insist you try something that you know for an absolute fact will not fit or look terrible on you, based on the number of years that you have been shopping and trying on clothes. That paired with being helped by a person who barely left their teens is not inspiring me to remove the CC from my wallet.
