It doesn't even look like lesage tweed? Perhaps the trims are more intricate than shown on pictures?

I don’t understand any Tee for 5150.
I mean, I’m not happy about a jacket and skirt for 15,000. But the tee price. Ouch
private sale as I know it is just my SA wheeling a bunch of stuff into my dressing room some days earlier than the official start date. (in 2001, thats what it was too, but then it was days before there was a NYT notice.

It’s completely hand embellished by Le 19M according to an SA, but I’m going to also assume Inez and Vinoodh/Lola Nicon probably get a cut for the photo and likeness, because there’s nothing special about the strass and sequins they used on it to warrant $5150..

Usually the VIP sales are a week earlier than the regular sales. I don’t think there is a day yet for this December. Usually it’s a week before Christmas. In Paris also, you can buy the sale but you can’t pick it up before the official sale starts, usually January.
After Covid this is the first event that I’m invited- preview of the cruise collection. During Covid everything was done by text via WhatsApp including the private sales.

Heads up re the Dove tee (C 21/22, Look 14); it is partially open/cropped in the back with ties that wrap. My SA showed me more detailed pics last week…I didn’t get any sense of that from the pics/video.

I'm previewing on the 9th but in my experience they don't show all the pieces in real life, just a few and the rest on the ipad. It's a nice event out though with my SA
