Yes exactly! That’s why I do too. Plus my grandmother used to wear a lot of peach and I always felt it lacked a certain edge, bc, well grandma

@ms piggy, @Allisonfaye, I picked up the same cobalt jacket on sale last month It will be finally ready from alterations on Friday! I also bought a teal canvas type fabric jacket that I don’t think anyone on TPF ever noticed or saw (no idea what I was thinking bc I’m not sure what to wear it with, but DH and SA both loved it on me)

Hi everyone! I’ve been quiet on the thread but skimming through and catching up since I always appreciate everyone’s thoughts on collections. I got a chance to preview Act 1 today before the release and thought I would share as there are some really cute pieces and reasonable price points!

The skirt in the try on is super cute but didn’t think I would get enough cost per wear. This cardigan is so soft and cozy, it was instant love and came home with me

This cardigan coat was soft but not my style.

finally, I was really torn about this jacket. They only had one size up and one size down, and so I’m waiting to try my usual size, but not sure about the color if it washes out my complexion. But the tweed is really lightweight and the jacket is comfortable.

I will be the odd man out and say I really like the peach jacket. I must have missed it, as I have not noticed it before. It has a vintage feel to it and I think it would look great with black wide leg pants or pencil skirt. What is the price point on it please?

It’s a tough one - I also could see it being cute with light denim and a white shirt! It’s “reasonable” at $5600.

The peach jacket looks more pink in this pic? I like the jacket but I agree that peach is tough, it depends completely on the actual tone.
I really do like the jacket though- very useful
P, I honestly don't love the back of the dress. For me, it is too young. For others it might be just adorable!

Yes the lettering is like the magazine cutouts of an anonymous letter or ransom note. Strange choice I wonder what’s the reasoning behind that choice?

I do think the kidnap letter RTW is perfect for influencers who want to attract young shoppers (aspirational or otherwise). But, maybe it’s just because I’m older lol. Im not super logo happy, but Im good with the sort of classic CH jumbled logo like this one below that I might also wear to lunch with a TPFer tomorrow (my first girls lunch and shopping date since pre covid The cardigan is my favorite piece from 2021 sale and the dress beneath is a velour Chanel logo pool dress from maybe 2003? Back then, I got it on sale at Bergdorfs for around 300 USD (or was it 175 USD on sale?), and it’s one of my favorite vintage from my own closet summer throw on pieces. I kept three of those stretchy summer dresses and they wore like iron.
