Thanks everyone !!! I appreciate your help :) think the dress will get more use :)

genie I will take your words in consideration. I did not try that cream skirt yet. It does have gold flecks in it. I think they Would go with the robot though. It's a consideration for later. But my store will have a luncheon for chanel next month and I now have my outfit :)

Princessmaggie, I love that dress. Very beautiful. And glad you got the short boots. There is a glitter trail behind these boots. I hope they hold up over time with wear. Prob the fix won't be too hard though [emoji38] I found if you wear stocking trouser socks they slip on and off more easily.

Two questions on the dress - is it itchy? Is it heavy? Like, do you think you could wear it all day and be comfortable? I guess that's three. Thanks!

3 easy answers! Not at all itchy and I'm a very itchy person! It is quite heavyweight which gives it the beautiful lines and shape in the fit-any lumps and bumps are completely smoothed by this clever fabric. Super super comfortable! It really is a very beautiful and exceptionally flattering dress & i'm just working out how to justify spending the same amount again on the white one!! Go try it!!

It's certainly a beautiful dress , looks smart and is very useful office-wear[emoji813]️ The booties are cute !

I saw that dress in my boutique ... thankfully too small to try. It is a substantial wool but doesn't seem heavy. It is lined in the camellia silk lining the jackets have. Beautiful piece. Total classic :) I've been bad or I would consider. It is a little pricey but the construction is very solid.

Thanks for your kind words ladies ! I love the boots. They are insane. But comfortable. And definitely eye catching. They catch the light differently in different settings :)

I was just going to suggest this exact thing to get them on more easily! It makes a world of difference.
