Hi ladies, & if any gents. I just spoke to my SA about a bag that I am looking at, a BOY, and we happened to mention my Jumbo's. He shared some confirmed information from the head of the shop and a price increase is amongst us. Will it be soon? I don't know. But I do know the next price increase will bring the prices up very high. :cry:

More importantly, the classic flaps are going to be hit HARD. I don't know about other pieces, I don't know about accessories or anything else. He only mentioned the classic flaps, specifically the Jumbo. I don't know exactly when neither. I will try to see if he can tell me later. Just know, if you plan to buy a classic flap, buy it as soon as you can. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info! I'm so happy I finally pulled the trigger this summer on my Jumbo...I might even buy another one in a different color just so I can complete my collection before I can't afford Chanels anymore! lol

Yeah it doesn't make sense, sometimes I feel SA wants to make sale so indirectly putting pressure on the buyers.

I'm afraid that I'm going to have to agree with this. All it takes is one SA saying one thing to one TPF member and away we go.

I'm going to stay the course. I'll go pre-loved if I have to. No need for me to worry about it because I can't do anything about it anyway. Right?

price increases don't bother me because i only buy pre-loved, which are usually all in new condition anyway start coming over to the pre-loved side... where everything remains affordable!

I had an email that said the rectangle mini was going to be $3,100 and the square mini is going to be $2,900. Haha I was hoping it was a typo!
