Chanel Price Increase *please include location*

I can't confirm about the rest of the US, but a caviar jumbo in Hawaii is $5700 I just went into Chanel Ala Moana on June 25th. Thinking it would be $5500, but it's $5700. When I asked the SA why, he just brushed over it and said it still cheaper than the rest of the US because of our lower tax...but that wasn't the point.

The new prices are on ********.com, but apparently it was on their accessories so probably not on their bags. He clic clac (I probably spelled that wrong), used to be $670, now it is $600.

My SA just told me that she was told that there will be a price increase in early Fall...

Any truth to this? Anyone else's SA said this too? Or can any of you ask your SA to verify this?

I just asked my Saks sa too and she said she heard as well and that they have a huge meeting tmrw so hopefully if it's true, they will find out tmrw.

They're crazy if they're having another increase. They already are having a hard time selling. Sales are down big time in the USA. BGs is empty, the flagship store isn't doing well, SOHO is empty. Their jewelry isn't selling that well because they raised most earrings to $700-800+. Sales are down to 1/4 to 1/2 of what they were so they're trying to make up for it.
