Soooo crzy, isnt it???

This information all seems so contradictory. SA's everywhere seem to be saying all sorts of different things.

For instance, in Mon's thread she said her SA from Chanel on 57th street said that the bags for pre-fall 2008 are as follows:

JUMBO $2,850
Lambskin
Plat Ruth chain (with leather interwoven)
CC hardware is new - more rounded
Colors:
Purple color code: 81405 (same as SS08 metallic purple)
Dark Red color code: 81540 (same as SS08 metallic dark red)
Gray

JUMBO $3,425
Patent Goatskin

Ivory

Black

Pre-fall is after April, and the lambskin jumbo is supposedly $2,850 then. ???

i just heard from the "are you offended" post, i don't recall who said it but she said she spoke with her SA and that they are having one in April? I guess you should scroll through that post and ask her about it...im bummed if it is in april... =[

The style number of a current GST is A20995. But the one with $3295 price tag has the style number of A37550. I was wondering if they are the same.

I cannot imagine the GST costing more than the jumbo....the jumbo is a least lined inside in leather.....maybe this is a new type of GST.

i was just at the chanel store this afternoon and i asked the sa about a price increase and she said 3 weeks. she said originally they were told in may, but then they changed it and moved it up.

Ok.. so anyone can tell me whats the price of a chanel classic jumbo lambskin handbag? if anyone bought one this year 2008?

I just came back from the store at tysons, i was looking to buy a jumbo reissue, i think the SA said either 3040 or 3400...but i purchased a large caviar because i think the large is a decent size for me, and chain is longer.
