I just called London and the price has change..According to my London SA, they just had a price increase a few days ago but that suppose to be all over the world. So, I think it could happen anyday now..

saks just sent me a reminder for a triple points promotional event happening april 10-12. maybe some of you chanel ladies can get something before this price increase that seems to just loom in front of us.

These increases are getting insane. I got my Blk Jumbo Caviar right before the LAST price increase on them. Know how much I paid? I *think* it was $1875. This was only two years ago!

Chanel is damn near the same price as Hermes now! They will be after this increase anyways.

I need to get a part time job at Neimans for the discount.....

i would not wait expecially there is a EGC plus tripple point event coming 4/10-4/12

I just called my SA at Saks, he said the price increases will be in May, not April, at least at Saks. They will have triple point event starting Thurs April 10th, but not EGC event... Just want to clarify. So, you can do a pre-sale now. He is doing pre-sale for me and not ring it up till April 10th to secure the item I want.

but some saks have it, it might be just a regional thing

I bought mine in August of 06, so it's been not even two years. And the style hasn't changed at all. Ridiculous. I guess it's to keep up with the booming economy (rolling my eyes, trust me).
