So are these price increases on existing bags? Meaning if I got prices for S/S line bags & am on waitlists, will the prices I was quoted at trunk show still be the price or will thet go up if bags come in after May?

I'm depressed.... Was talking to Chanel Singapore, and have been told that come May their will be a 20% price increase on the classics. And, you know, Chanel can't use the excuse of weak exchange rates of USD/EUR, cause in Singapore, the EUR/SGD has been pretty stable.

Yes, ItsMyWorld already mentioned that the price increase for the GST did not happen yet. I saw the price of the GST in the Chanel lookbook at Bergdorf Goodman and the SA also confirmed.

gosh. this is just horrid. two price increases within 6 months.
does anybody know if only the classic line will be affected? will the reissues be affected too?

I am extremely glad that I got my GST already. That is so crazy!!! I certainly hope these are just rumors, because I was really looking forward to getting a new bag around May/June time, because my 19th birthday is in June. :s
