You’re the only one who can decide for yourself. I bought black mini lamb last year and wasn’t happy about the deflated quilts (it was more puffy than your picture though). But that’s the only drawback about it, anything else about this bag was perfect. For months I wasn’t really happy with it. I took it out from the shelf over and over again to think about it. Few months later I came across the newer season of exact combo. It was really puffy and I went for it. Soon after I let go the old one. No regret. But if I never came across the new one will I let go the old one.. Most probably I wouldn’t. That’s black lamb. They come every time mini is released. But color doesn’t always repeat. Think about it before you decide. Anyway, you can always sell along the way but expect some loss if any.

Yes.. usually if I don’t like something I send it back right away. This time I’m thinking really hard before making any decision. I just got the bag yesterday so I still have 12 days to decide

Soo, I was going to pass on the grey this season too because comments about the deflated quilts and the fact that it was lambskin but when I saw it in person it was hard to say no. The grey is truly the perfect grey imo and the silver hardware really compliments it. It really doesn’t seem as delicate as all the lambskins I’ve seen before and I’m so happy to have it in my collection puffy quilts may deflate over time and possibly unevenly. I don’t know, in my book I don’t have any regrets and can’t wait to use it

Right? I ask her about it and couple of days later I gol a text that it’s been ordered. I ask her I wanted a picture first, but she said it’s coming from another store and aren’t able to take a picture. Needles to say it will be my last time ordering from her.

I had the same experience a couple of years ago and when I was new to Chanel and my local SA had to locate a mini for me from a different boutique. I asked for pictures and she said she wasn't able to since it's coming from a different store and she has to trust her colleague's judgement. Well, I got one that was obviously a return so I went straight to the boutique and returned it. I think it does depend on the sales person and a very good one would make sure the customer is happy.
FYI: Chanel boutique in UK are not allow to sell items that have been returned or a display item. They ship them (the returns) all back to Paris. It's comforting to know that you are not buying something that may have been a return.

I know I’m late to the game, but purchased a red small yesterday.
So happy with it, but it is changing in every single light.
On pictures it often looks a lot brighter than it really is, I tried to capture the Color when it’s not in full light and more dimmed. Imo it is a really lovely true red.
I was deciding between the WOC and the Small or m/l and went with the small in the end. Still wanna get a m/l but in black.
On the other picture you can see it in daylight next to a more blue toned red.

Yea there are plenty of good helpful SA's out there. Even after pictures I ask how are the chains, the tie-off. Are the quilts in line? I even ask them if they are comfortable in sending me this bag ha! (and that I would be happy to wait for another one) They are arrivng perfect since I've been doing this.

Fingers crossed this one will be perfect. It is a pretty bag!

That’s really to bad, you’re r right to switch SAs. Mine only works part time but she always has the bag delivered to her store first So she can inspect it before getting it to me. I really appreciate the extra time she takes for me; these are expensive purchases and should be treated as such.

OK! Finally got the gray lambskin in my possession in both small and medium.
Posting here for any of you lovely ladies trying to decide on size too! Your input is welcome as I am still torn on which I will keep! Both sizes fit what I need. Going for aesthetic only and what looks best on my frame. Intend to use for weekends, work, dinners, baby showers, etc.

I just went though the same situation for the 19b red classic flaps. Although the small cf looks better on my petite frame, I went with the medium cf. I want to use the bag on regular days and the extra space of a medium cf is useful.

My SA checked multiple classic flaps from this season and 9 from other seasons, all of them have these cracks. Since I’ve been waiting for a true red cf, my awesome SA did her best to find me one with one crack (instead of multiple cracks), shinny caviar leather, well stitched straps, no loose thread. I also checked my cf from 2010 and 2018, no cracks.

Thanks for uploading all the pictures. I guess it is not normal since all your CF from 2010 and 2018 doesn't have the cracks.
