I was getting worry that it would get worse over time, and I am debating if I should exchange it or keep it. Your 3 yo blue caviar CF gives me hope.
If the cracked small, firm and intact then I think it should be ok.
My burgundy crack is a bit big, so I am a bit concern too, if possible I will exchange for better one, I wish this one has no crack, as all other part is perfect.

Can you upload pictures of the cracks? How is your caviar leather? Soft or firm?

Will do when I am home.
The crack is firm but you kind of can see the little hole at the end of the stitching, and the hole is obviously look black against the burgundy colour.
When I picked up mine there were 3 to choose but other 2 have bad crease at back when open the bag, this one has least crease, so I picked this one.

Well get the perfect condition bag is not easy.

The leather is soft and shinny, puffy, look like Lambskin from afar.

E670CE1F-4B4D-4F18-BAC9-26E1D23D72EA.jpeg I just bought a black mini rectangular from NM. When put next to my 19s square mini I felt that the quilting on the 19b is not as puffy as my 19S bag. The lambskin definitely felt soft though. I watched a video on YouTube from a lady that returned her grey mini rect due to dull/flat quilting. Does anyone else have the same problem with their 19b mini?

When you look closely at my pic you can see that the quilts are flat. Some look as they were deflated, especially on the bottom part. Was not convinced although the leather seemed durable.

Thanks! I do like the 19B red though, but i just thought that it's maybe more suited for a smaller bag (a WOC, or a mini). Having it in medium size would pretty much means that it's a summer only bag.
I totally agree with this!
I Love the red, but more as a mini or WOC (they didn't have the red woc in my store), otherwise it would only be a summerbag. That's why I opted for the burgundy, with my wardrobe that will be all year long matching.

When I was in store looking at the 19B minis I did notice some had flatter quilting than others. I bought the burgundy and looked at both that the store ordered in and the one I didn’t choose definitely was less puffy than the one I ended up buying.
