View attachment 4526845 Finally I get to unbox my Chanel bag. I am so delighted to purchase this medium flap bag in beige color 19B. It was in my wishlist for quite some time. My hubby drove me for two hours to go the boutiques to get the bag. Many thanks to my hubby and not forget SA to reserve the bag for me. I really can’t imagine I own the bag.
It is stunning! Congratulations!!! :) What are the product codes for this bag and color?

Hello! I'm sorry, I thought I had responded to your question already (and if I have, I apologize and blame Mom-Brain). I've mainly used Wilson's Leather & Suede Protectant, but I have also heard good things about many brands mentioned on TPF. The main one that comes to mind at the moment is Apple Guard. I think I will be trying that next when I need a new can.
Thank you! I will go and check those. X

Hi everyone,
Bought the classic m in caviar Burgundy, now I want to wear it with my dark blue suede jacket. What do you all think, yes or no? I mean for color transfer offcourse... I sprayed the bag & the jacket to protect against rain etc... would that also help with color transfer you think? this far I only had black chanels... so no need to worry about those

Hi! is your bag 19B? Do you have the tag and mind posting the item code?

Picked up the small white 19b flap today. The white is very nice, but the caviar is pretty scratch-able. SA had not even unpack it yet, but there was alreAdy a tiny dot of a scratch where the paint(??) dye came off. The bag itself felt a little more papery than my other ivory caviar mini flap from 17c. I took it home anyway, but this definitely leaves me thinking about where bag funds should go from now on.

I was offered this bag in the medium size, but turned it down once I saw that it was the same type of caviar as my 19C backpack. Both my coco handle and cc day backpack with this smaller grained, plastic feeling caviar have had the paint chip off. It’s not even from scuffing or heavy use. The paint literally just flakes off at random. Really speaks to Chanel’s declining quality.

that's awful!! I swear the leather on the small I had felt softer compared to the leather on the jumbo? So weird. Still a pretty bag though

It does look like three different colours! Hard to say... I think both the beige clair and the 19B are beautiful - neutral that would go with most skin tones. I purchased the beige clair over the phone and when I received it, I loved it! I went to look at the 19B out of curiosity (certain that I’m keeping the beige clair), I struggled in the store as I loved both. I end up exchanging for the 19B. Mainly because my friend mentioned that I can get beige clair later as it’s a classic line. Here is a photo of the 19B against my body (excuse the dusty mirror). I’m Asian and have medium skin tone for Asian standards.
How is this flap holding up? Hating myself for not buying it at the time!

Oh no! I haven't seen this with any of my Chanels, but mine are lamb. Is this a common problem with this season's caviar? I was thinking about purchasing one before the price increase.
