So frustrating when I can’t even get response & the one or two times I did get someone’s response it was either they don’t have it or all gone. How do resellers get so many hard to find pieces? See pic attached , Aldo does chanel have one bag in 60 days policy in uk? Thank you
Those are rare bags. They only get like 1-2 in each boutique in London (at least early on when released).

Mini caramel are out in UK, but probably very sold out right now

I think the mini rectangle is very hard to get as I asked from a month ago and it was no each time. But I’ve been asking for cocohandle brown for two weeks or so and some say it’s sold out already. I’m just surprised and deflated as I’ve been asking and each time got told it’s not available yet and now they’ve all sold out? sighs! Any help would be much appreciated ladies, I’m after cocohandle in brown any size. Thanks

Just wanted to share my recent shopping experience at Harrods (and my very first in the UK) which I found quite...underwhelming?
I haven't registered with Chanel UK before so I used Harrods personal concierge service. After I emailed them about the PC, noone from Chanel got back to me, so I had to re-inquire 3 weeks later, which one of the Chanel SA replied to the next day to my whatsapp.

Now the process was quite quick and straightforward because I know what I'm looking for and they had it in store, but i feel like the SA was quite cold throughout the whole process and she/he did not even say thank you after my purchase (even after I did, twice! there's no "you're welcome" or anything) :hrmm: And on top of that, they charged me for delivery fee! I mean... I purchased something from H Selfridges few weeks before and spent waay less amount and they did not charge me for delivery fee. Idk if I expected too much or is this how Chanel does the service :confused1:

Does anyone have the same experience?

Yeah selfridges Chanel was free shipping (find them really helpful once you get through to them). Harrods Chanel service is not very helpful if you are looking for instant gratification that’s for sure. Takes days to weeks so personal conceirge seems to be the best option at Harrods. There is no hope if you don’t know what you want. Chanel harrods also uses delivery via Harrods so charges are based on reward tier system seems minimal though but I agree kinda sucks to have to make a big purchase and pay delivery.

Sorry to hear lululemonloaf :( (great name btw!!) I must admit I had a positive experience, I had an email back a day after requesting the personal shopping service. Admittedly the first lady who emailed me was cold and not that polite, but the SA who I bought my bag through was really lovely and I didn't pay for delivery. The lack of consistency in their service is really strange and frustrating.

Do you live in the UK ? I also used their personal service but the SA refused to sell me anything because I'm not from the UK even though I have Chanel purchase history in other countries. I assumed they would send abroad (I'm from Europe) because they offer international shipping on their website.

Right.. Yea I only opted to shop with Harrods because I wanted to collect the points  To be fair I've already heard some people had bad experience with Chanel Harrods, so I kinda expected it, but still it's just a shame...:hrmm:

Aw thanks! Just combining 2 of my fave things  (re: name).
Ah lucky you! Your lovely SA is rare to find haha. I'm not sure maybe it's because I'm new to Harrods membership too, so I have to pay the postage...

Hahaa mine too although I’m more of a Sweaty Betty girl these days!! Still loving anything lemon or loaf related though ;)

I was new too, I signed up for the rewards card a few days beforehand and put in my name, address etc. to pre-empt it. I don’t understand how their service varies so much, I think I got lucky judging by everyone else’s experience... but in all honesty if they made me pay for shipping after dropping almost £6k on a bag I would not be happy! The website states free delivery over a £100 spend, I would argue to get that money back.

Yes I live in the UK. Yup the boutiques can't sell me anything either cos I never registered with Chanel UK before , that's why I opted for dept store instead like Harrods and Selfridges.
But I think especially with the Brexit it may be a bit tricky to purchase here to send abroad.:hrmm:

Oh really?? I gotta look for that free shipping statement then!

I know right??! It should be part of their service especially as we can't shop in person!

Hi ladies, so despite trying from December and all the way Jan until now via various SAs I’ve had no luck in buying any bags from 21p which I had my interest on. Yes it was the brown rectangle mini or cocohandles.. what do you think in your opinion have they all gone now and now my only way would be via the resale market? They are charging £500 and even more sometimes over retail. Just wondering if I should keep trying or has the boat on 21p now long sailed.
