Hello, has anyone had any luck or been able to get on list (if there is one) for the brown mini please? Or cocohandle? I’ve had no response or that they aren’t getting it. Thank you

Seems like other countries have them first and I’m starting to wonder if Brexit is causing delays considering we are much closer to France

My SA said Brexit has slowed stuff down and he can’t fully tell me what they’re getting and not getting at this stage. I’m crossing all my fingers I can get the mini I want!

I find Chanel SAs the worst for customer service. The recent Chanel sale was a bust for me as the two SAs I contacted didn't get back to me. How can you access a sale when the boutiques are closed and the SAs don't reply to you?

I have to say I’ve had a good experience with them, using the Harrods PS service (I don’t have a particular SA at Chanel). I filled out the online form thing and it did take half or maybe a day for a reply - which when to my spam email folder. Hope you get what you’re after!

I also tried Harrods PS service. I got a reply pretty quickly.. and then nothing after I asked for pictures of a bag and SLG. pretty disappointed.

Keep changing until you get one working on the day (if you know exactly what you want). Window shopping remotely doesn’t seem to work

You tell them what you want and they send pics/videos if they have it. It think the PS have appointments with Chanel so sometimes they take a day or so to get back to you but should keep you informed throughout

An SA got in touch with me asking me images or references of what I was looking for. I tried again yesterday because I didn't get a reply the first time, despite telling her exactly what I wanted. We shall see but I won't tried a third time if no reply.

It seems to be very difficult to get any responses or any positive responses from SAs currently. Maybe it is due to them not being based in the boutique or working from home? Who knows. Does anyone know of the 21p caramel or brown bags are now released in the uk? Thanks
