I think there are waitlists...I remember when that crazy micro mini collection came out there was a waitlist.

Email generic Chanel and after a week or so you get a response that tells you to call the store that Then tells you they are not able to pick up the phone.

But was lucky to find the most amazing SA at the Walton Street store (I was sent his details by another forum user).

I purchased my first bag last year and he made the experience wonderful. I have also been able to buy two bags remotely this year and have them shipped from London to Northern Ireland without any issues!! :love:

Would anyone be able to recommend a SA to me please? I've tried two in Harrods and had no luck so willing to forgo the Harrods points and buy direct from a boutique if anyone has the details of a good SA.
