You have to already have a shopping profile with them/purchased from Chanel before or the PS won't be able to be served. Sorry, I'm not sure if buying online from Chanel beauty counts or not as that could be a way to create a profile if you don't already have one so the PS can help you.

Maybe someone else knows if this works?

have you heard from an SA in London that prices will be going up soon? Gees I hope not. They are raising prices in the US to bring them into the same realm as the rest of the world so raising UK prices again would just send everything topsy turvy.

I purchased my first bag last year and he made the experience wonderful. I have also been able to buy two bags remotely this year and have them shipped from London to Northern Ireland without any issues!! :love:

I bought through a personal shopper via selfridges just before Christmas however she is taking a while to get back to me. Does anyone have a good SA that they can send me the details of? It would be much appreciated, thanks

I have tried contacting Harrods and am extremely frustrated at the lack of response. I am after a 19 and enquired to which they said there was a waiting list also wanted some sneakers but no response. I am super annoyed. I had a nice SA at the Chanel on Sloane Street but I never heard from him. How do people get contacts from SA's. I spent a good amount of money on a bag but I have to say I feel Chanel just treat customers like cr*ap!?

I do not trust Harrods when they say they have a waiting list. I put my name down for a black CCH quite a while ago and no one got back to me or gave me an update. I thought fair enough, it's a popular piece so I went to other Chanel boutiques, although they didn't have the bag, they said they don't have a waiting list.

I've always been told by SAs that they don't do waitlists in the UK. Or at least not for popular items. Who knows, I feel like you get different answers depending on who you talk to, and we'll never know what the truth is. Frustrating.

I used their personal shopping service in the November lockdown and it worked really went and I managed to get the Chanel bag I wanted. I messaged the personal shopper yesterday and another one I have used before and both replied saying they have been furloughed until further notice. I started a new enquiry yesterday with Harrods and haven't heard anything! They obviously have the demand for their service so really shouldn't be furloughing staff if they're busy! I'm worried I am now not going to be able to get the pieces I want as I don't have a SA anymore after she left.

If anyone has a SA at Harrods they can share the details of that would be amazing!

Neither did I. It was immensely frustrating. Think one needs to live in the store to get immediate access. Those RTW area benches look mighty comfortable.
