True just don't know whether to buy the classics that I really love even though I know I could get it in years to come but I really don't want to be spending £10k plus in a few years or SS21 that I also love and that'd I'd only have a limited time frame to buy. I think prices will go up here first and higher than the rest of the world
My SA always recommends to buy the seasonal if you love it. If you love it buy it. There is no perfect time. It’s an investment either way.
That being said my first Chanel was a classic medium flap with GHW. However the bags I love the most are seasonal :)

Thank you, good advice... I've been very close to buying the classic but I think I'll wait a little longer until very strong price increase rumours and more pics of the SS21 bags I'm interested in.

Hi All
I just wanted to say that since this November ( when I first looked at getting my first Chanel piece)I have had nothing but amazing customer service from the Harrods ,Bond Street and Selfridges SA’s.
This has been through emails, WhatsApp and in store purchase .

Considering I’m new to chanel ( always been LV person) they have helped me get the mini rectangular in black 21C, the iridescent card holder and the rainbow reissue WOC from 20A.
Hope everyone is staying safe in London

Harrods can be hit & miss for me, but I‘ve found a SA that is very friendly. The ones in Selfridges are always kind and professional. Sloane St is excellent too. I met a SA in Bond St that was so cold lol Congratulations on all your lovely purchases! Enjoy and stay safe x

I agree about Selfridges. I’ve yet to find one at Harrods (mostly because they don’t pick up the phone, or reply to emails and when I asked for a SA card on the 1st floor she told me they don’t do that- you just get who get :hrmm:)

I called the Sloane street store checking for stock of a bag, they had it and I asked if the SA could send me photos on WhatsApp since I couldn’t get to the store (just before we went into tier 4) and she said “we can’t send photos of items in the store” which I thought was quite bizarre considering Bond Street store does it with no issues. Anyone else heard this before? I wonder how they will sell during lockdown if they can’t send photos to buyers...

Other than that thought Sloane street store are very helpful at checking stock and telling you which stores have items.
