Hello, first poster here. Due to lockdown and not being able to visit the store physically, is it safe and legit when a sale associate send a link by email to pay for a particular product?

I was wondering too. I was in touch with an SA before lockdown as I was on the hunt for a square mini. I haven't been through the payment etc. yet, but they seemed to have all my info (phone, name, postal address): they sent me pictures of the bag and emails to confirm the request for purchase, then the actual invoice with link to pay online. I haven't paid yet but it's all looking safe/legit for now: the email with invoice was from a [email protected] address, and the link to pay also redirects to the Chanel website.

It's a lot of money to spend for a bag I haven't seen in person so I can't be 100% sure until I have the bag in my hands.

If anyone else can share their experience, that'd be great!

After clicking on the pay now button, it will send you to a page to put all your card details then a confirmation email will be sent straight after. My delivery date is tomorrow so will let you know whether I’ve received the bag or not.

Hi all any one have any luck with the any iridescent white CCH or unicorn CF from the 20K or 20B collection? Did the london stores receive it? Bond Street, harrods and Selfridges don’t seem to have had it. Have any of you seen these?

Sorry, wouldn’t have a clue what’s in stock but I will ask my sale associate for you?

I hope you don’t mind, do you happen to know whether they had any chevron cch or classic colours of cch in stock at all? (I’m trying to hunt one down as a bday gift to myself)
Selfridges had a red chevron cch when I contacted them, but that was more than a week ago. Have you tried booking an virtual appointment with the stores?

I purchased my bag from Chanel Selfridges London last week. I did my payment over the phone - the SA did tell me that he'll contact my bank first and the proceed with it (in some cases the bank may reject it due to the current situation), but luckily mine went through smoothly with no problem. All done under 10mins. My SA took a picture of the receipt and posted it to me separately

I hope you didn’t have any issue on your end. I ended up putting in my order after I saw your response (it reassured me lol). And today I received it: a lovely black lambskin square mini! Genuinely surprised with how well it was wrapped, and how fast it got to me.

I would have preferred the boutique experience but since I wanted one before Brexit, I’m all sorted now.
