Ah I hope you find something pretty! Do let me know how the queue and stock situation is.. I would love to go but sadly I have work commitments that day  maybe I’ll try and go a week or so later but imagine there won’t be anything good left
Will do. No need to worry, good stock comes back in about a week to two weeks after launch! :hugs:

Hi cherrie did you find any nice bags on your outing?!
Not much I really liked at the launch unfortunately. I was interested in getting the black small coco handle but there was none without the gold chain that went across the handle sadly. I also considered the caramel mini with top handle but wasn’t in love with it. The blue WOC was also a colour that pulled slightly too purple for me. Overall it was disappointing because I didn’t buy anything albeit it was good for my bank account ;)

Anyone has any idea how the wish list works in London please?

I contacted a SA in Harrods more than 6 months ago re. a square mini in either black or grey. She said it's a wish list item and she would have to pass my name to another colleague to join the wish list. I haven't heard anything and my SA doesn't have an idea as someone else looks after the wish list? She is also refusing to give me the contact of that person.

My friend is also on the wish list for a different bag but she already got hers.

Thank you x

I personally don’t think the wish list is as fair and straightforward that they like to make it seem. Perhaps it works for some people but in general my experience is that something this popular it’s better to have a purchase history and a relationship with one SA. Without a relationship it’s hit or miss - they could contact or they may not. The best chance if you don’t have a relationship or significant purchase history is to go to the stores on launch day or keep calling the stores and be prepared to go to the store at short notice. I would also keep up to date with the threads for upcoming seasons and keep the codes of items you want. That way when you call the stores they can search for you

I feel like Chanel is following in Hermes's footsteps and I am reluctant to play that game. I bought a few things from Chanel but nowhere near what's needed to easily get what I want. I have always purchased from Harrods and would like to keep my relationship there. Thank you for the tips though!
