Not sure about the small classic flap but I know the black mini rectangulars have champagne hardware this season
hi all! I wanted to buy a black classic mini flap. I’m a first time buyer in London (I have a jumbo flap one in patent lambskin but a family member bought it in France couple years ago) so I don’t have an account. I was thinking to buy it in Harrods but I’ve read that some ppl said their SAs aren’t the nicest (I went to Dior in Harrods SA was a bit rude until we told her we’re going to purchase couple of bags). So yeah, it makes me nervous tbh. Is it better if I use personal shopper? thanks so much.
Hi, has anyone seen brown / dark beige mini rectangular or square lately? I know those are hard to come by.
Help please. So my SA at Selfridges has secured a bag for me and I just asked that if there was something wrong with the bag (as I am purchasing it remotely) am I able to return it. And she said that Chanel doesn’t do returns? Is this right? Surely if I’m spending 7k on a bag I can return it if there are any defects on it or simply if I don’t like it??
Consumer contracts legislation in UK means that if you buy goods remotely (i.e. not in person e.g. online or via telephone sale) and they're not suitable (are faulty or you changed your mind) you're entitled to a refund within 14 days. Some staff seem unaware of this so just be firm with them...this is UK law.
