But calling me “committing fraud” in the middle of the shop is not cool.Chanel Harrods are notorious for poor customer service, so I’m sorry to hear about your experience but not surprised! I do think the SA was probably being honest about receiving so many messages and not being able to respond to them all, especially given that the Harrods concession is a very busy one.
+ I was also not aware of the corporate CC policy, if it’s in your name I don’t see why you can’t use it to pay (at least technically, unless your company has restrictions etc).
