My SA doesn’t like their details being given out sorry so it’s best to call the store directly, I know they are not taking names for Mini yet until towards the end of this month for 23C launch in November So perhaps call in a few weeks?
I'm going to be in London for one day only this weekend I have a 13 hour layover at LHR and wanted to go into the city! Which Chanel would be best for me to visit for a WOC or 19 and easiest to get to from LHR airport terminal 5?

No boutiques are particularly easy to get to from Heathrow but I would go to harrods as it’s your best chance as they have IMO the best stock. Try ground floor accessories and also try the ready to wear department as they have bags there too.
Hi all. Does anyone know of the general WOC availability at the moment in any of the boutiques? A WOC has never been on my radar but I have a black tie event next week and am in need of a clutch to go with my dress… so the WOC is now on my radar! My SA is on holiday so I don’t want to text her and disturb her break, so was thinking of just popping into the stores to see what was available but before I make the trip to London would be helpful to know of general availability if anyone knows

This is hit and miss as its a popular item. I would call the stores ahead and see if they have stock. Harrods does have this but it depends on the day as stock moves fast. I was there recently and asked for two as gifts and my SA found me two but with shw and they were the last two available. Not sure about the other boutiques
Thank you! That’s helpful. I can’t afford to wait until my SA returns as I need it for an event, so may just have to head in to NBS (where my SA is) and failing that check out the other stores and hope for stock.
I am thinking about purchasing another Chanel bag to add to my collection. I already have a classic flap in black caviar, a mini flap in beige lamb skin (22C) a pink caviar WOC and a silver perforated WOC from (15C). What do you recommend I should get next? Sadly I don’t think a CF is affordable any more :/ so maybe something slightly lower in price. Suggestions would be great!

Had a terrible experience at Harrods last week. I am a long time client of Chanel in multiple countries and just moved to Harrods with 3-4 visits with my new SA here.
My SA was not available last minute so I was served by another colleague. I used a corporate card to settle the bill (not even bag, just a couple of small items) as I didn’t have my personal card with me and didn’t know if my Apple Pay can pay more than £1.5K. I had to check the pin as I haven’t used that card for a while and got called “committing frauds” and complained. He also rudely said why wouldn’t I know about the “max two earrings per month” policy (no SA told me before honestly)
I didn’t know about this “no corp card” policy and I didn’t think I deserved to be so rudely treated. I had never been treated this way before in any other chanel in any country. At the end that SA was like “there are so many clients messaging me every day and I wouldn’t have the time to reply” to turn my friend’s Enquiry away. Anyone got experience to share and I felt discriminated as I am not white myself (when that SA is)….

Chanel Harrods are notorious for poor customer service, so I’m sorry to hear about your experience but not surprised! I do think the SA was probably being honest about receiving so many messages and not being able to respond to them all, especially given that the Harrods concession is a very busy one.
+ I was also not aware of the corporate CC policy, if it’s in your name I don’t see why you can’t use it to pay (at least technically, unless your company has restrictions etc).
