Harrods had it right at the start of 23P launch - it was one of the first flap colours to be delivered. You could call them to check if it’s still available but it was a super popular colourDoes anyone know if any store maybe Selfridges or Harrods has the classic flap in Ecru? Medium size
Have not seen these in a while. Lambskin or carvier?Has anyone seen a beige clair in stock anywhere in small with ghw? X
Visited Selfridges yesterday to have a look at the black and pink mini rectangles that were reserved for me. I was only meant to buy one but ended up bringing them both home with me

Chanel haven’t released caviar minis since 2017/2018? But that’s fine by me as I prefer lambskin anyway.Cavier?
It’s the same in the US too - there’s no point calling the boutique telephone numbers because they take you directly to Chanel customer service instead…I wasn't sure where to share this but this is as good a place as any. I have been buying Chanel for about 15-20 years and my first purchase was from New Bond Street even though I am based in Manchester. We all know how difficult it is to source items even with SAs helping. I have a few in Manchester and various others here and there but tbh if I really wanted a piece I would track it down myself if my SA was too busy and buy direct from the London boutiques.
Anyway I called NBS on Tuesday and I was put through to a main switchboard. I was informed that there is now no direct contact to boutiques by telephone (now making it even harder to buy items; as if it was difficult enough already!). It means that unless you have a contact at a particular boutique I think it's going to be even harder to place a mail order. Hope this is useful information. It was news to me!
It's a good job I am no longer buying anything else and on ban island!
I tried emailing the Chanel shoes department at harrods and they rerouted me to contact the main Chanel line. I hate this. Its almost impossible to connect with a store in the US. I swear it’s like how can we make as difficult as is possible for our loyal clients to get nothing! It’s infruiating! This coupled with the fact there’s always an issue or quality problem with whatever you buy which is rebutted rather than apologised and resolved means I’m done. Chanel probably has the worst customer service ever if I’m honest. I know however this constant cycle of over inflated prices and declining quality will never end in the face of ever increasing demand.I tried emailing the Chanel shoes department at harrods and they rerouted me to contact the main Chanel line. Right after I posted this I got an email response from Chanel at harrods! I sent them an email 2 weeks ago and didn’t hear back. Then I sent a follow up this morning and I received an automated email asking me to contact them atI swear it’s like how can we make as difficult as is possible for our loyal clients to get nothing!
