Hello! I came across the Chanel Boy in this year's dark grey a few days ago and can't get it out of my mind. I've gone quite far back on the threads here but I am still very confused. What's the likelihood I can purchase it at the boutique? I'm completely new to Chanel. Do I just pop in the store and try my luck? Do I try to get an SA and just hope it comes in stock? Is it completely sold out and Chanel has moved on to another season? What are my chances?

Regarding repairs, from what I know, minor repairs (not from wear and tear) are done locally. Like the previous issue I had with my cf, it was sent to the local team to assess if it can/can't be repaired or if it's complicated, they will recommend to send to France.
I did a total hardware change from shw to gold 6yrs back for my cf (no longer with me) and was charged over $300 with a 4mths wait. I checked a few months ago, they still have this service. Don't need receipt as they can check the serial against their database.
