I was wondering is if it's cos this year I didn't purchase from other category. Last year I bought a Coco Crush ring and 2 pairs of shoes. During my last visit, my SA hinted me to consider getting shoes/FJ/watch so I can get a better chance for bags.

Hey PurseCloset, I recently got back my caramel 19 back from the repair service due to defected front chain. Yeah, the after sales team did also share the same thing on the chain being exposed to oxidisation over time as well! Would update here again if my chain gets oxidised quickly in the next few months.

My Le Boy in caviar is still in perfect condition considering I've used it for quite some time now. Even my C19 that I accidentally hit the gate on my way out while using it didn't have marks on it.

oh dear i also experiencing similar scruffing issue with my coco handle on corners. I feel the caviar/ pebble coating was so easily worn off and had exposed the underlying leather colour. Do you have any idea whether the scruff can be repaired since they were under 5 year warranty?

I rmb youtrip having a cap of 3k. Am going to Japan soon too so I'm rly hoping to be able to get a bag! Thank you.

I brought my new black cch to the boutique to have the corners "smoothened" out as the corners had scruffing before i could even use it. I only took the bag in and out of the thick dust bag (need to be careful with this rough dust bag) . My bag's scruffing is slightly different from the photo of your bag. The caviar pebbles of my black cch was slightly protuding out of the corners and when the bag went in and out of the dust bag (i only took it out a few times to admire it) it got scruffed and the pebbles looked like it got rubbed off the corners but with some remants left behind so the boutique had to smoothened them out and literally the corners are smoother now and looked polished without the pebble sticking outnow .

Hi!! I managed to pay for my bag in Europe using Youtrip too! Their cap is 5000sgd but you can ask the boutique to split the payment. Just do the top up on the spot once your 1st payment went through.

Oooooh I read on some other forums that the transactions are not immediate, meaning the pending charges take afew days to process, which causes new transactions and top ups to fail if you've hit the cap :( unless that is something they have fixed? Cos those forum posts were from afew years back.

Just walked passed NAC today and didn't have time to check in the boutique but I could see the gorgeous eye candies like the white n grey trendy cc!!!
Has anyone been offered one? I asked my SA last month but no sound and no picture , so I m assuming these either just eye candies in display without ready stocks otherwise limited stocks n offered only to VIPs?
