I’m in seoul now and it’s so easy to find any type of Chanel bags. Tons of minis and classic flaps etc.. no idea why its so difficult to score a bag in local Singapore store
I bought 2 Chanel bags. Small coco handle in black caviar and small vanity bag in pink. And I was keen on another mini coco handle but they said can’t sell me another of the same model. I could have bought 3 bags as long as it’s different models. Tons of cute minis around but I only go for bags that can at least fit my iPhone. Saw the mini 2.55 reissue in the usual quilted and chevron designs too at Lotte.

the repair looks good! cant tell if anything has been done.I’m glad to update that my hobo bag is finally back from the repair!
The entire process is quite fuss free, I received a link from Chanel after sending in the item so that I can monitor the repair progress.

21 Sep - assessment in progress
4 Oct - repair in progress
5 Oct - ready for collection
Repair part is so fast (only 1 day), I wonder if they had replaced the strap instead of color touch up.
Anyway All is good now, can’t wait to bring it out soon!

You mentioned colour touch up - would you know if colour touch up a repair service offered by Chanel if its not a defect from newly bought bags? cos ive been told that the warranty only covers hardware but nothing about the leather

I ask from SA at NAC but did not receive any news. One day decided to try luck at MBS walk in since I do not have any SA there and managed to got it there.
Not too sure what are the service available from Chanel. Perhaps you can bring in your bag for them to assess?
I used this brand new WOC (which I bought in Berlin in June) last week for 2 days max before I was home quarantine due to covid. Finally cleared of covid and went out today, only to saw this scuffing at the corner.
The only explanation I could think of was that my 2 year old son toppled my WOC from standing position and might have caused the scuffing. My WOC was left standing the whole time on my dresser except the one time few days back when I saw it wasn't how i left it.
Must say that I'm quite disappointed with the WOC caviar quality since it is this easy to get scuff mark. My Le Boy in caviar is still in perfect condition considering I've used it for quite some time now. Even my C19 that I accidentally hit the gate on my way out while using it didn't have marks on it.
