Yesss. If you are gonna buy, get from the takashimaya coach, they have more stock than the wisma coach. I manage to remove some really tough stains with it. I’m unsure about the havredeluxe… sorry…

Wow!!! Cheers!! Yes, it’s game over for sure when it’s not weird colours. Must be so luxurious with the lambskin, Is beige with a pinkish hue too? I dunno what’s wrong with it. But I found a few tiny cracks on the leather. But doesn’t matter! yes. Im indecisive and I need to ask people for opinions and that require quite a few photos :giggle: don’t be afraid of the store! We are literally contributing 0.01% LOL

LOL! I know what you mean about weird colours! Yes, the lambskin is so luxe... I have to stop myself from caressing my bag daily. Yes, it's the beige with a mild pink undertone. Like bubble tea! :love: I found it really hard to capture its real colour in photos but this is pretty close I think!

Tiny cracks?! Gosh! Hope it's not serious! I think you and I are the same... mine had some creases... but I love the colour so much and the style so much, I decided that I would regret it more if I didn't get the bag. If I ever get to see a caviar one in the store (not in a weird colour!)... I might have to get it... coz you know... caviar! You must treasure yours!

I use the coach cleanser and moisturiser for all my expensive bags, It’s a bit pricey ($20 each, sold separately). they are soooo good for cleaning, especially the cleanser for stains. But you need to apply a bit of moisturiser after that, any brand. Might frighten you at first, because surface dye will literally come off. You can consider if the dye transfer is very bad still.

Great tip! Thanks for sharing!

I used Apple garde previously but it always goes out of stock very quickly and I had a brand new bottle leak for no reason and stunk up my whole cupboard for months… Also, the restock takes very long and is always sold out so quickly so when I’m out, I have to wait so long for new arrivals and cannot bring my new bags out until I spray them :/ Thus, I switched to Collonil. Collonil gives the bags a more shiny appearance after spray but goes off after it completely dries though I’m fine with it staying as long as it protects. I have used both sprays before on both caviar and lambskin, no issue with the leathers after spray, no change in colour or appearance. I also have the leather cleaner and conditioner from Apple Garde, also bought the Collonil leather conditioner (I realised this doubles as stain removal too, for mild staining it can remove as well as condition the leather) and the leather cleaning creme. In terms of strength for stain removal, I will say Apple Garde and Collonil leather conditioner are on par (if I use Apple Garde’s, I follow up with Apple garde’s leather conditioner after) and creme is definitely stronger. The last one, I made the mistake of testing on suede (yes, there is a warning against using it on suede but the curious cat in me decided to test the system for fun) and the colour actually came off completely! Don’t test the system with suedes! I have attached all the products here for your reference  sorry I don’t check here daily so replied late! Apple Garde cost me about $60 (all 3 products, spray alone is $30) and Collinol is $26 for the spray, $25 for the leather conditioner and $16 for the cleansing creme.

Thanks for sharing! I might try the spray out to protect it! Yay

Are the tiny cracks happening on the strap itself? I have seen on fb that some other people's top handle also have tiny cracks on the strap! I was thinking is it due to how thin the strap is so the bag cannot be too heavy. Did you notice the cracks before or after you use it?

It’s beautiful!!!! Nobody can resists the colour!!! :girlsigh::girlsigh: Yea, I think we should order acrylic boxes and place them in LOL

the cracks are not serious, like a hairline crack. I thought it was pen ink at first:whut: it was funny.
Don’t worry about the creases, even the caviar one have creases, maybe it’s normal now? And if we rejected them because of the imperfections, it’s hard to get another one. Glad you pulled the trigger. just bag after all! We should enjoy them! try not to zoom into it! :hbeat:

I am a noob to Chanel and wondering if this model still in stock?
Any SA recommended?
Is there a very log queue is there is no appointment?
Hi! You can call or write in to them. The details to get the contacts are on their site. Customer service will be able to advise if the item is available.

With regards to the queue, it depends when you go. Usually weekdays no queue at all.

Thank you for sharing. May i know when you use collonil, do you spray carbonpro as last step after leather gel? Does the leather gel function as moisturiser beside cleaning mild dirt?

Hi everyone, have you sent in a bag to repair at chanel, which ends up being free? Then do they still issue you an invoice or a piece of paper to state that repair was done? I sent in my bag for a stitching issue but didn't get any document to state that it is repaired and they also didn't return me my customer copy of the after sales receipt upon collecting my bag. Is this normal?

TIA.

If i remember correctly, the paper will be given when you sent in the bag and it will be returned to them when you collect the bag. There is no need to keep the paper after collection. Any reason why you need the paper? :)

Thank you Whitechocoz. I was wondering if it is normal that they would not return the paper because I thought mine is a customer copy of the after sales receipt. I also thought maybe mine is a free service, so they didn't let me keep it VS online some people has an after sales receipt for the repair that they do. Do you know if this is because they have sent in for repair services which are paid? Asking as this is my first time sending a bag for repair, I don't know if I am supposed to have any documents to show my bag repair history in the future (for example, what if chanel thinks my bag is not repaired by them if I send in for repair again in the future). Thank you.
