I used Apple garde previously but it always goes out of stock very quickly and I had a brand new bottle leak for no reason and stunk up my whole cupboard for months… Also, the restock takes very long and is always sold out so quickly so when I’m out, I have to wait so long for new arrivals and cannot bring my new bags out until I spray them :/ Thus, I switched to Collonil. Collonil gives the bags a more shiny appearance after spray but goes off after it completely dries though I’m fine with it staying as long as it protects. I have used both sprays before on both caviar and lambskin, no issue with the leathers after spray, no change in colour or appearance.
I also have the leather cleaner and conditioner from Apple Garde, also bought the Collonil leather conditioner (I realised this doubles as stain removal too, for mild staining it can remove as well as condition the leather) and the leather cleaning creme. In terms of strength for stain removal, I will say Apple Garde and Collonil leather conditioner are on par (if I use Apple Garde’s, I follow up with Apple garde’s leather conditioner after) and creme is definitely stronger. The last one, I made the mistake of testing on suede (yes, there is a warning against using it on suede but the curious cat in me decided to test the system for fun) and the colour actually came off completely! Don’t test the system with suedes!
I have attached all the products here for your reference

sorry I don’t check here daily so replied late! Apple Garde cost me about $60 (all 3 products, spray alone is $30) and Collinol is $26 for the spray, $25 for the leather conditioner and $16 for the cleansing creme.
