Hi,

Can we ask for our SA when we are queuing or we would always need to make an appointment if we want to see a particular SA? I found a SA that is quite nice and am thinking of continue buying from her.

Ummm I personally feel it’s best to make appointments with her so you don’t have to queue at all. But when I don’t have anything in mind… I prefer to go in look without appointment.
Or you can also book appointment with her, but let her know you only want to browse (avoid the Queuing)
It’s really personal preference.

Yah, I like to go in randomly to take a look. Feels shy to always make an appointment with her if I am not sure I will be buying on that day. I want to see if anything catches my eye before I commit. Do you girls message your SA often to check on what stocks are available? Or the SA tend to contact you with new arrivals?

My SA doesn’t message me, it’s always me asking for things, because she realise I don’t like her being pushy with me. But the general rule between me and her is that: if I message her for things means I will commit to buy, unless the real thing is super ugly.
I don’t recommend you messaging her too often to check for items you are merely interested but not 100% commit to buy if there’s stock.

I am new to coco handle. I got it in extra mini 21A. Wore 3-4 times and found the Bottomcorner starts to darken. Do you mind to share tips how to take care of the bottom corner? Any coating done etc? Thanks!

I'm usually upfront with my SA that I don't have anything in particular to buy and just wants to drop by and have a look. But I always end up leaving the boutique with something in hand I don't text my SA often unless I'm checking if items I want are in stock or if I've any questions. Other than that, she will contact me when the item is in stock for my purchase. She also will notify me on the dates for the launch of new collections.

It’s really pretty, so precious that I rarely use it I noticed the caviar leather is slightly different from our usual caviar and more fragile on this bag.
My bag twin, what colour did you get?
Omg, I tell you, I just ask my SA: can I take photos? Once I get the green light, I will snap photos as thou as I’m shopping in uniqlo Don’t be afraid! We are buying very expensive items. Often need second opinion on it.

I wanted to see this when I was in the store but they only had the big coco handles left. The size sounds super cute! Congrats on getting one! I'm surprised that darkening has happened to such a new bag??!! What colour did you get? Is it lambskin? I'm sorry I have no suggestions for you (besides the obvious one of not wearing dark denim if your bag is light coloured) so I'm also interested to know the suggestions that others have. I bought the 21A beige in lambskin and honestly, I'm petrified about using the bag!! My SA told me that beige will darken over time (like patina?) and she said it very matter of factly, like it's no big deal, like it can't be avoided. She told me I don't have to put anything on the leather, just use the cloth that it comes with.

WAHAHAHA! LOL at your Uniqlo comment! You are SO right! Can't just drop a few K's just like that. I will remember this the next time I go to the store! Bag twin, I got the 21A beige. My SA actually showed me the burgundy first but I was hoping for a deeper red. The pink tones not really my cup of tea. Then she showed me the beige. The first look and I knew it was game over for my wallet. Thanks for sharing a photo of your caviar! Can't tell that its more fragile actually. And wow, the beige is . It's a lovely off-white colour! I don't think it's closed door. Back in mid Jan they had one. I was there a week earlier and my SA asked me to come back the next week to see if I have shoes or accessories I wanted to get from the sale. And at that time, I only had 1 item in my purchase history. Even after the sale ended, you can still buy the items on sale if those are still in stock. I bought a brooch and a sling back shoe at I think 20 or 40% off? Can't remember the original price lols

I have small size coco handle in lilac colour. Having it for a year already but the corners are still good. I didn’t specifically take care of them at all. No coating done as well. But i only wear light coloured clothes with the bag as I do not wish to have colour transfer

Oh no, I never had this issue with my coral one so far. I know Chanel says no extra care is needed but for all their bags (be it Chanel, Dior or LV, even Hermes) but as sturdy as caviar is (fell in mud in japan mountain hike before, not a scratch) I spray at least 2 layers of waterproof coat (allow time to dry in between) as an extra caution on my end just in case I may get any stains or water on it (especially those occasional sudden drizzle while we are out in the open). I cannot attest to how effective wiping stain off after spray the waterproof spray is yet because I haven't come across a situation where a light coloured bag has a stain or damage serious enough to tell a before and after review. The one I fell in mud with was relatively dark and as far as I can see, still looks good as new after wiping off and I have touched up the spray since.
Is the corner darkening due to dirt? You can try a leather cleaner and dab on it (always test a small unnoticeable area first) lightly to see if it helps? Otherwise best to bring it back to boutique since it is a new bag and see what they have to say about this phenomenon. I hope you can get it sorted!

Wow! Amazing that the caviar held up! Yeah, what's the brand of the spray you use? Similar to @luxuriousinpink , have you used it on caviar and lambskin?

Thanks all for the reply! I suspect it’s colour transfer from my denim shorts cus i used it as crossbody. I tried to wiped it gently with alcohol free wet tissue, and now not as obvious alr. But heart still pain ❤‍
