thanks for the prompt reply! can I check if the mini classic (with the handle) also got price increase? thanks!

If you're referring to the mini rectangular with top handle, then yes, the price increased from $63xx (can't remember) to $6910. If I'm not wrong, the classic lines saw increases (flaps, boys, 19s) and I think hovered around the 10% range. I didn't really track it closely but that's what I remember reading in TPF. I think the other SG members here can probably remember better!

I wanted to see this when I was in the store but they only had the big coco handles left. The size sounds super cute! Congrats on getting one! I'm surprised that darkening has happened to such a new bag??!! What colour did you get? Is it lambskin? I'm sorry I have no suggestions for you (besides the obvious one of not wearing dark denim if your bag is light coloured) so I'm also interested to know the suggestions that others have. I bought the 21A beige in lambskin  and honestly, I'm petrified about using the bag!! My SA told me that beige will darken over time (like patina?) and she said it very matter of factly, like it's no big deal, like it can't be avoided. :wtf: She told me I don't have to put anything on the leather, just use the cloth that it comes with.

Definitely not me although I'd love to go and will take leave to go HAHAHA! :graucho: Not invited because I think I'm not in that tier of Chanel customers. I'm assuming that these sales are always closed door sales?

WAHAHAHA!:lol::lol::lol: LOL at your Uniqlo comment! You are SO right! Can't just drop a few K's just like that. I will remember this the next time I go to the store! Bag twin, I got the 21A beige. My SA actually showed me the burgundy first but I was hoping for a deeper red. The pink tones not really my cup of tea. Then she showed me the beige. The first look and I knew it was game over for my wallet. Thanks for sharing a photo of your caviar! Can't tell that its more fragile actually. And wow, the beige is :yahoo:. It's a lovely off-white colour! Goes so well with aged gold hw! Cheers to you, and our milk tea bags!
Wow!!! Cheers!! Yes, it’s game over for sure when it’s not weird colours. Must be so luxurious with the lambskin, Is beige with a pinkish hue too?
I dunno what’s wrong with it. But I found a few tiny cracks on the leather. But doesn’t matter!

yes. Im indecisive and I need to ask people for opinions and that require quite a few photos :giggle: don’t be afraid of the store! We are literally contributing 0.01% LOL

Thanks all for the reply! I suspect it’s colour transfer from my denim shorts cus i used it as crossbody. I tried to wiped it gently with alcohol free wet tissue, and now not as obvious alr. But heart still pain ❤‍
I use the coach cleanser and moisturiser for all my expensive bags, It’s a bit pricey ($20 each, sold separately). they are soooo good for cleaning, especially the cleanser for stains. But you need to apply a bit of moisturiser after that, any brand.
Might frighten you at first, because surface dye will literally come off. You can consider if the dye transfer is very bad still.

Hi babe! Can you share what waterproof spray do you use? Isit good for both calf and lambskin?

Wow! Amazing that the caviar held up! Yeah, what's the brand of the spray you use? Similar to @luxuriousinpink , have you used it on caviar and lambskin?

I used Apple garde previously but it always goes out of stock very quickly and I had a brand new bottle leak for no reason and stunk up my whole cupboard for months… Also, the restock takes very long and is always sold out so quickly so when I’m out, I have to wait so long for new arrivals and cannot bring my new bags out until I spray them :/ Thus, I switched to Collonil. Collonil gives the bags a more shiny appearance after spray but goes off after it completely dries though I’m fine with it staying as long as it protects. I have used both sprays before on both caviar and lambskin, no issue with the leathers after spray, no change in colour or appearance.

I also have the leather cleaner and conditioner from Apple Garde, also bought the Collonil leather conditioner (I realised this doubles as stain removal too, for mild staining it can remove as well as condition the leather) and the leather cleaning creme. In terms of strength for stain removal, I will say Apple Garde and Collonil leather conditioner are on par (if I use Apple Garde’s, I follow up with Apple garde’s leather conditioner after) and creme is definitely stronger. The last one, I made the mistake of testing on suede (yes, there is a warning against using it on suede but the curious cat in me decided to test the system for fun) and the colour actually came off completely! Don’t test the system with suedes!
I have attached all the products here for your reference  sorry I don’t check here daily so replied late! Apple Garde cost me about $60 (all 3 products, spray alone is $30) and Collinol is $26 for the spray, $25 for the leather conditioner and $16 for the cleansing creme.

Heyy, may I know where you bought the collonil leather conditioner? I was looking for a leather conditioner too. The texture is gel like? Thanks

You can get it from Qoo10 now :) used to have to buy from Amazon US which is just such a pain. One of the reason I changed to Collonil is also because of the accessibility now. Texture of the conditioner i mentioned (in the bottle with pump) is more like the skincare moisturizer.
