anybody here knows if the purchase history in NAC and MBS is under one system? Wondering if it makes a difference if we only buy from 1 boutique.
Also, what is the criteria to be a VIP in Chanel?

Purchase history under one system. But that aside, it’s best to buy from the same boutique and same SA if you want to grow your profile as each profile is tagged to SA. heard there is no minimum rules about being vip but probably they look at top % spenders yearly?

It’s a dilemma because my NAC SA is not responsive lately but i bought quite abit of things from her for the past 1-2 years. While the new MBS SA that i engaged is very responsive and will put in the extra mile to keep me in a loop on any items she managed to get.

I know that my NAC SA can see exactly what I bought from MBS. And even asked me about it. unless your MBS girl is better, she’s able to get you all the hard to get items you desire.

Bags on allocation are usually only offered to VIPs if I am not wrong. And these bags are usually the popular ones that are high in demand.

Jooon is right. Typically need to indicate interest or join the list for these bags on allocation to the regular SA.

Super slow! Like around 1-2 weeks to reply kind, so in the end wont be very helpful i guess. Cus after 1 week, the reply will be “i will check again tmr, remind me tmr pls!” Then the next day i reply to remind, she just disappear. And it’s been 1 week since then.

And it has always been like this even tho i did make a few purchases with her bfr. Not sure if this is common with Chanel SA.

My SAs reply immediately even though I know they’re very busy. They reply few hours after or overnight the latest.
