Thank you for explaining! Really appreciate it. I don't buy from Chanel regularly so this is still new to me!
I understand now... I think! So this means popular bags are distributed amongst the SAs to sell and they can choose to sell to their regular customers or to walk-ins yes? Or do they usually just sell to their regulars? Those bags not on allocation means that they don't "belong" to any SA and any SA can sell to whoever they like?
I have a very similar experience with you! I started buying from NAC/MBS in 2013 or 2014 I think, and since then, every bag I've bought has been from a different SA and from both stores! I've always wanted to "go back" to the SA that sold me the last bag and try to "build up" a relationship, but whenever I text any SA back... the replies are always delayed, or I don't even get a reply. So sad! And I've tried this with 5-6 different SAs that I've purchased from in the past. Is it because I'm not a high roller? Not bitter about it or anything, just curious!! Maybe it's better I don't build a relationship... means I spend less. HAHAHA!
(But that said, I recently met a really nice SA from MBS who has been responsive and helped me get something last month. Super happy... maybe I have found my forever SA!?!? Fingers crossed...)
