Thanks ladies! It was indeed a physical queue.

There were still 7-8 people waiting to go in despite the price increase haha.

Hope you managed to find smthg you like! Should be quieter now after the price increase. My SA said it was really crowded on 30 July!

After the price increase, I think Singapore must be one of the most expensive places to buy Chanel. Australia used to be more expensive than us, but not anymore. Take the medium classic flap for example, it’s now SGD 11550 but AUD 11170, when both currencies are almost at equal exchange rate. Singapore increased by 12.5% but only 3.4% for Australia. Sighs.

That. Is. Depressing. Why us??? TBH, I assumed that our price increase would be low considering how it's more exp than most other places. Was surprised to find out that the % increase was similar to the US & EU market. But like one of you said earlier, our prices include local taxes. The US & EU prices don't.

Are we the most expensive in Asia??

Does anyone know how often Chanel restocks its inventory?
I think every other week. But if you're looking for non-seasonal items usually you don't have to wait that long. I was able to get my coin purse and small cf (black, caviar & GHW) less than two weeks. Unless it's highly sought after items (took me 6 weeks to get a CCH back in early Jan but idk now if still on allocation).

Okie, thank you! Hopefully I can get my hands on it in less than two weeks too ><
