Babe I heard from my SA that NAC concept store carries the velvet collection. Maybe you can ask your SA?
I wanted to share my experience too. I've been buying Chanel overseas during my travels so late last year was the very first time I started buying locally. I initially went to NAC boutique and the SA assigned to me kept looking at me in a way it made me felt uncomfortable (maybe I wasn't dressed to impress?) and also answering my questions like half-heartedly. No smile too. I left empty handed and went down to MBS one (cos I still wanted to buy something) and so glad I was assigned to an SA who was so nice! Eventhough I didn't have a purchase history locally, she was able to get for me 2 cch in 2 months. I went on to buy 5 bags and 4 SLGs from her in 6 months.I never had good experience with MBS, always better at NAC. however many others here also say MBS is better so I think it really boils down to your luck. I hope you get a nice SA and get the bag you want!
I don't think it'll happen anytime soon as they just adjusted the price in Feb (got my medium CCH #30 in leather lining in mid-Feb at new price). But I think it'll happen before the year end though.
RE SA, yes, I think depends on our luck. Last few days, visited NAC a few times and MBS. In MBS, saw an SA who was so nice and frank. When I thought of exchanging my item for another item, she honestly told me my bag is nicer but I can change if I still want. End up, she spent 30 minutes with me and I didnt exchange anything and I didn't buy anything from her either. But I was moved by her service and if I want to buy anything from the MBS store, I will go look for her.
At NAC, spoke to an SA who can really clicked with me as well, and spent time around 20 minutes talking to me when I didn't buy anything but just kept asking questions, lol. So I am equally impressed by him.

After the price increase, I think Singapore must be one of the most expensive places to buy Chanel. Australia used to be more expensive than us, but not anymore. Take the medium classic flap for example, it’s now SGD 11550 but AUD 11170, when both currencies are almost at equal exchange rate. Singapore increased by 12.5% but only 3.4% for Australia. Sighs.
Can anyone confirm that MBS is also on a virtual queue just like NAC? Heading down in a bit and I wanna know if I should register for a queue number first before walking some place else!
Only operate virtual queue if there are more than 3-4 physical customers in queue.
I went to MBS last week, was like 10th in the queue but because I had an appointment with my SA, she fetched me in. But at NAC I usually was told there was a virtual queue that was already closed.
Thanks ladies! It was indeed a physical queue.
There were still 7-8 people waiting to go in despite the price increase haha.
Better buy now than the next price increase haha!
