I am 37.5 in Chanel shoes but 38 in espadrilles regardless the materials. I probably only need 37.5 if espadrilles comes half size. I usually US size 7.

There are a lot of variations, so yes, you should call ahead to see if they have what you want in stock before you waste a trip.
As FYI, in today's environment, a lot of transactions are done via text/phone, so you don't even need to make a special trip, especially for shoes. If you like pink, there is a pale pink new for this season. It's super cute and summery. Of course beige is always a classic too. You can contact the boutique and talk to a SA. Good luck!
I want to add, if you are not a regular client at the Boston boutique and they do not have what you want, the SA most likely will not dig for you. You can call Chanel customer service, tell the person the shoe/size you are looking for, and she will tell you which boutique has it. She will give you the option to call the boutique or have a SA reach out to you. Super easy! I do this a lot as there is no Chanel where I live, so I do everything via text.
Thank you so much, it seems they have today off but I will try calling tomorrow! I am unsure of my shoe size for Chanel, also what color way I'd like, so I definitely want to try them in store and see what's available before making a purchase. I got my first Chanel bag via text as well, so I definitely know what you mean!
If you find the espadrilles not comfy, try the ballets. I have three pairs of espadrilles, but I have tons of ballets. The ballets are super comfy and classics.

Received my beige and black lambskin espadrilles today. My foot measures 24.5cm and I have wide feet. For comparison, I wear the classic lambskin ballerina in a 38c although I think I could have sized up to 38.5 for that shoe. 38 still feels ok though!
I got the espadrilles in 38 and the fit is perfect, just a bit of space at the toes and the back moves a tiny bit when I walk but my feet don’t slip up. The espadrilles itself measures 26cm in length.
Would definitely recommend these shoes if you’re on the fence. They are so soft and look beautiful on.

I just purchased a pair of lambskin espadrilles. I was between sizes and chose to go with the smaller size because I know how much this style of shoe stretches. I was able to slowly stretch them a bit to fit better, but unfortunately stretched one shoe a tad too much and it’s wide now. Does anyone have any suggestions or am I just out of luck and forever kicking myself for this dumb mistake?

I need a bit of help with sizing too . Im usually a Size 38 for my everyday shoes . However for the chanel ballerinas in lambskin , i’m a 37.5c.
My best friend is currently is in Italy and I asked her to help me get a pair of espadrilles. The problem is idk if I should take 38 or 37 . I’ve never tried on a pair before so I’m torn . The SA was also unable to advice on sizing and said it’s best for me to try on but my local boutique doesn’t have stocks .
I gambled with a 37 and is now waiting fr her to be back from her holiday . Wondering if I should have taken 38 instead

I’m a true US 7.5 and wear a 37,37.5 European sizing. My Chanel combat boots are a 37.5. I tried on the espadrilles today and had the CA at saks order my size in the colorway I wanted. I went with a 37 and they fit great. He said they stretch and you don’t want them to be too big because you’ll eventually be unable to wear them, so I think you made the right choice!
