This should be the right size. As I’m a size 7 in gucci and Valentino 6.5 and purchased a chanel size 37 in the espadrilles but I have wider feet. I had to try on 36, 37 and 38 to be sure that I was a size 37. Also, my SA was amazing she let me try on multiple pairs of different sizes she said that it’s very very common to have some variance as they are HAND STITCHED. Because you have narrow feet, The 38 should be good. My friend has the same size as you and she bought 38 in espadrilles as well. I would be shocked if you were a 39. And you’re definitely not a 37. And with no half sizes, I think 38 will be good. Best of luck and do a reveal!!!!
