I have very narrow feet too so for me the length is also the problem not the width. That's why I'm thinking if I size up, they will be gaping a lot at the sides. When I put my old espadrilles sole to sole with the new ones, the length is the same so I don't understand it. I'm so disappointed as it took me ages to track them down and I don't want to do a mail order for the next size up in case they don't fit either.
They just don't fit me..... That's my thinking on it and I've just given up on ever owning Chanel espadrilles. Started looking at other brands and now I just think it's the fit of espadrilles in general which is the issue... :nogood:

I have 2 pairs and they just aren't that comfy for me either. Yet I keep thinking that if I find a canvas pair that will all change, which is just silly!

Has anyone used inserts/heel inserts in their espadrilles? I typically wear a 36 but sized up, the length is good with just a bit of room to slip them on but I find the overall opening a bit loose, as if my foot is too narrow - wondering if some sort of insert will help my foot feel more secure because I am definitely not giving these babies up!!

Has anyone noticed that the white and black paint splatter toe cap espys run smaller than the leather and will they stretch if I stuff them wig socks etc? I've just bought them in a 41, same size as my crackled leather, and they are so much tighter. I can barely get them on and they hurt my feet. And advice would be amazing. TIA

Are they canvas? I find the canvas run smaller than the leather.

^^ Thank you

I am usually Size 37 and have the old single rope sole espadrille and took a 38 because the ladies here mentioned they ran small - those are comfy but they have gaps in the sides. In October last year, I tried the Espadrilles in Paris (not sure which collection) 37 rubbed my toes and my foot kept slipping out of the 38. It felt strange like I was wearing platforms.

So my question, ladies - to all who recently purchased the espadrilles is how is the fit now for the Full leather pairs? TTS, Runs small or large? Would appreciate your help. I am after the dark grey, black or white/black cap toe. Thank you!

I have the all leather grey from the current season and it fits TTS for me for CC shoes (ballerina or heels).

I tried using inserts in a all black leather size 36. I have narrow feet and always wear size 6 or 5.5. It fit snugger, but the back part of the shoe always slid off my foot when I was walking :( I ended up selling that pair and getting another in size 35. The size 35 length is better, but kinda hurt my feet if I wear them too long. They have stretched after a few wears though. Hope this helps :)

The sizing on these espadrilles are tricky. I bought a crackled beige/black cap toe espy in 37 and the size 7 fit good. But decided to return as I wasn't loving the cracked leather after. Then I bought the plain white/black cap toe in 37 and I couldn't even get my foot in the damn shoe!???? Therefore ended up returning and have given up on the espadrilles altogether. :crybaby:

Are your toes right at the end? I still don't know whether to keep mine!
