I noticed they were a lot tighter than last year's as well. I wouldn't be able to go up a while size though. The last few pages on this thread, members have talked about what they did to stretch them out. Maybe you should try a few of the recommendations before returning yours. Hope that helped!

it should be the same £355 as it has been increased recently ... the price from cruise collections last year was £345
So did you get the same size you normally get? I'm wondering if I should have got my true size or do you think they would have been too big? The ones I bought last summer were a size smaller and are perfect!

oh no!!! ... i am size 41 and both my espys are 41 ... i am not sure if you want to return and get size 38 or you want to put socks so it will stretch like i did lol
I tried my true size a year ago and they were way too big, like falling off my feet, so I sized down to a 37. I can't remember if they felt as tight as these new ones do but they are perfect now. I can't locate a 38 but maybe they would be too big even though it's my true size! I have really narrow feet.
When did you get your first pair? Do the two pairs fit exactly the same?
My navy with black cap toe I bought it last year in November from cruise collections it was tight on top arch but I put socks and it did stretch but still leave marks after wearing it ... The red I just bought it two weeks ago and at first it was a bit tight on top arch but after I put socks now it's really perfect no more marks and easy to slip on ... Both are 41 my true size
All my espadrilles are size 39 and if I went up a size I know would be too long. I'm just going to do the sock thing and see how that works. I wore the newest pair I'm referring to (blue lamb) last night and they felt fine...just tighter than my other black lamb and canvas pairs.
I wear 40 in Chanel jelly sandals, 40 in rain boots and 40.5 in Chanel's enchained heels 😳 Sigh..... I wouldn't go up a size if I were you because if they are just too tight, the length would be too long on you-I assume.
i managed to get the all black leather espadrilles today (490). My SA called me this morning that they've arrived and by the time i got to the store in the afternoon they we're all sold out - crazy! glad i got them though, they're super comfy!
Hi, so in non-Chanel shoes are you a 40? My feet are really narrow so the width is fine and on the top of the foot is perfect, but my toes are right at the end of shoe and my 3rd and 4th toes feel crushed. I think the length is wrong to be honest but if I size up they may be too wide. How do your toes feel and are they right at the end of the shoes?
No, never wear a 40, my CL's are 39, I could wear a 39.5 because my toes hurt even with stretching but 40 was too big and they didn't come in size 39.5. Other brands I wear an 8 or 8.5. My NM shoe SA told me Chanel runs smaller than any other luxury designer. If you can find the next size up, order and if too big send back. Then you won't miss out on a color you want before completely sold out😊
