So basically you took the espadrilles true to your normal size? Are your toes right at the end of the espadrilles?
No, same as other pairs. But all have always bothered my big toe so bad felt bruised😳 Afyer many more wearing in feels a lot better. If I had to do over, I would stretch with a sock. But I still wouldn't wear for an all day outing.
My black ones hurt my big toe for the first few wears but now they are so comfortable. I'm just wondering if my toes are meant to be right at the end or if there's supposed to be a bit of a space?

Yes, if you search this thread for grey, you'll see them...they're a dark grey and they are current season.

I am usually Size 37 and have the old single rope sole espadrille and took a 38 because the ladies here mentioned they ran small - those are comfy but they have gaps in the sides. In October last year, I tried the Espadrilles in Paris (not sure which collection) 37 rubbed my toes and my foot kept slipping out of the 38. It felt strange like I was wearing platforms.
So my question, ladies - to all who recently purchased the espadrilles is how is the fit now for the Full leather pairs? TTS, Runs small or large? Would appreciate your help. I am after the dark grey, black or white/black cap toe. Thank you!

Please could someone tell me if your toes are meant to be right at the end of the shoe or is there meant to be a gap? My toes are right at the end and I don't know if it's how they're meant to be.Even though I've gone down a size in these I know if I got my true size I would have huge gaps at the sides. Anyone else sized down?
Mine have several cm from the edge. Maybe you should order a large pair cuz these sound like they aren't going to get more comfy for you no matter how much stretching. Then if they are a little too large, put in a thin insole. Then your little piggy's won't be so unhappy. Your toes shouldn't be right at the edge-any show would cram them and hurt them.
My toes are right at the end of my other pair too but those ones are very comfy. For some reason these are uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure the bigger size will have big gaps at each side as that's what I found when I tried them last year. I think I'll have to call it quits

I got the 14S all black leather in a 39 because I'm a 39.5 and my SA said they would stretch. My toes were at the end and after a few wears they never stretched. SA used the shoe stretcher and it didn't help at all. Luckily they let me exchange for 15c all black leather in a 40 which have a little more length. Tried a 41 just to be sure and it was like 1.5 inch difference. Way too big. Wasn't as big of a difference between 39 and 40.
My 15S white/black in 40 fit amazing! My experience is the 15S fits the most tts but everyone seems to have a different experience. I have very narrow feet so the arch or width is never a problem, just the length. Hope that helps!
And for canvas for me it's the opposite. 39 canvas 14S and 15C was perfect. 40s were way too big. I don't understand why because both canvas and all leather are lined with the leather on the inside.
I have very narrow feet too so for me the length is also the problem not the width. That's why I'm thinking if I size up, they will be gaping a lot at the sides. When I put my old espadrilles sole to sole with the new ones, the length is the same so I don't understand it. I'm so disappointed as it took me ages to track them down and I don't want to do a mail order for the next size up in case they don't fit either.
It's very frustrating. Seems like every pair in the same size fits slightly different. And people say one thing on here about sizing and someone else will say the opposite lol
