I go to the the NM in Dallas. I've had 3 different people accept my returns and none of them checked the box. I'm an honest person, so everything I received when I ordered was in the box and I made sure not to walk on a hard surface when I tried them on, but I'm sure not everyone is so honest and I wonder what they do in those cases.

Congrats I can't wait to see your pics! Btw, I think you did the right thing ordering 38. I had three different SA's telling me they run true to size and for the ppl with 1/2 sizes like you to go up 1/2 size. I am US 7 and I just ordered 37 hopefully they will fit well

I'm looking for a pair of Chanel espadrilles either the beige leather, beige canvas, black leather or crackled leather. I'm located in Canada, but if anyone knows where or how I can get them, please fill me in. I tried calling every Chanel boutique in Canada with zero luck. If I can get them shipped from the U.S. that's ok too! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have been looking as well. I have called EVERY chanel in Canada. What is your foot size? I am stopping by the Toronto Holt Renfrew location on Friday to find out more information as to when I can expect a shipment. Every sales associate seems to be telling different things. It's really discouraging
Countrybarbie I live in Mississauga. I am usually a size 7 or 7.5, but I heard they run smaller? In this case I am looking for a size 38. I was told that they "might" get some at the end of the month, but I do agree that they are just telling people different things. They are probably just holding them for their friends. Let me know if you have any luck. I'll do the same and keep you posted.
